Our Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
 
Our terms and conditions state that a deposit of 25% of the course costs are required at the time of booking to confirm the learners place on their chosen course.
 
This deposit is clearly stated to be (non-refundable)
 
The remainder of the course fees are to be paid before the start of the course The full course fee (less the non-refundable deposit) is to be paid before the course begins
 
Students cancelling prior to the 14 day non cancelation period will have nothing to pay (apart from the non-refundable deposit)
 
Students cancelling within 14 days of the course start date are still liable for 80% of the course fee
 
Students cancelling within 7 days are liable for 100% of the course fees
 
Once the course is underway a maximum of 50% of the course fees can be refunded to the learner in proportion with the amount of the course that has been completed. This is at the discretion of the Sundown Solutions Management team, given each refunds individual circumstance and the reasons for the cancelation
 
If a student has booked a course with us and the original dates are no longer convenient, alternate
dates for the same course may be offered in replacement (when such dates are made available)
